With July 4th right around the corner, now would be a good time to brush up on how best to take great photographs of fireworks. You don’t need a expensive equipment or gear. As long as your digital camera can handle some basic settings like adjusting the exposure speed, changing the aperture and ISO, you should be good to go.

Instructables has a great little guide that you should find very helpful.
